Job Description

The Prep Cook / Dishwasher @ The Cardinal at North Hills ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all dining ware and equipment used by the kitchen staff. As well as assist in some aspects of food preparation.

 

 

Schedule:

Full Time: 1pm – 9:30pm Every other Weekend  or equivalent

 

Pay Range: $15/hr-$17/hr

 

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 paid Holidays

Free Meal each shift

 

 

What will I do every day?

  • Load or unload food service cart.
  • Pick up and/or deliver supplies and food
  • Wash/Clean all dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc.
  • Assist in some aspects of food preparation
  • Assist servers in any dish clearing needs in the dining room
  • Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, store room and other designated areas
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor as well as walk-ins and other designated areas as needed

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • High school graduate preferred
  • 6-8 months of experience in similar field
