Job Description

The Sales Coordinator @ Byron Park provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.

 

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with flexibility for events.

 

Pay range: $25-27/hr, plus incentive 

 

 

What will I do every day?

  • Conduct Business Development activity with local community professional organizations
  • Conduct and facilitate Open Houses and other types of events
  • Deliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living options
  • Connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis
  • Ask for and obtain deposits from prospective residents
  • Support and maintain the community’s waitlist
  • Support the Move-In Process paperwork requirements as directed by Executive Director
  • Coordinate the processing of inquiry generation events
  • Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with business development
  • College graduate preferred
  • Comfortable using Canva 
  • Well versed in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Prior sales experience with excellent closing results
  • Experience with proven sales techniques
  • Previous experience working with senior’s a plus
  • Flexibility to cover sales during holidays
