Job Description

The Resident Relations Manager @ Byron Park is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

 

This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay range: $67-70k/yr

 

 

What will I do every day?

  • Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
  • Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
  • Manage the department budget
  • Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
  • Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his/her new home

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills 
  • High school graduate or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of senior living industry experience

  • Strong people skills to handle escalated billing concerns

  • Great communication skills to lead the front desk (the hub of information for the community).

  • Having been a business off manager or director is a plus

  • Must be willing to cover nights or weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to be on a Manager on Duty (MOD) rotating schedule
