The Housekeeping Lead keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. 

Pay: $22-$23/hr

Availability: Full-Time | 8:30AM-5PM

What will I do every day?

• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities 
• Inspect associates’ work performance 
• Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outs
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment 
• Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc.
• Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
• Remain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulations

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of housekeeping experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
