Job Description

The Host/Hostess will provide exemplary customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting dining experience for all, ensuring that service is delivered with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.

 

What will I do every day?

  • Greet and escort residents in all dining venues, offering assistance as needed to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the daily menu and be capable of assisting residents with their inquiries and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Assist when requested with all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • A passion for excellence

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service and hospitality roles preferred.
