Job Description

The Custodian provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

 

*Employment Start Date: April 7, 2025*

 

 

What will I do every day?

  • Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
  • Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Six months to one year of custodial experience
  • Experience working in a senior environment preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
