Job Description

The Club-Level Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position will report to the Hospitality Director and be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.

 

 

What will I do every day?


• Greet residents and their guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Proactively anticipate residents’ needs, while identifying opportunities to enhance their lifestyles by scheduling and/or coordinating exceptional programming and experiences.
• Assist residents with any inquiries, including but not limited to, maintenance requests, package deliveries, and reservations for amenities, dining, programs, and offsite excursions.
• Coordinate with building staff, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security, to ensure that residents' needs are being met.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to ensure seamless execution of VIP community events.
• Ensure the highest level of security and privacy for residents, including monitoring and controlling access to the Club Level.
• Heavily utilize the reservation system for building amenities, including but not limited to, fitness centers, pools, and meeting rooms.
• Keep abreast of local events, restaurants, and attractions, and make recommendations to residents.
• Create and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all areas of service, including maintenance and presentation of public areas.
• Provide excellent customerservice by assisting residents with requests as needed or find appropriate associates to assist.
• Monitor penthouse and club level residents’ well-being by performing daily resident checks,  monitoring resident’s observable condition in a general way and report any changes in condition to the appropriate associate/department immediately, if needed.
• Learn resident preferencesfor opportunities to provide exemplary customerservice, exceed resident expectations and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Use and respond to emergency systems such as fire alarms, resident monitoring systems, andemergency pull cord alarms.
• Support the Move-In and Welcome Home Experience process by entering data in a timely manner, uploading resident pictures, printing and posting documents at
  assigned intervals, and managing tasks through New Resident Feed
• Answer incoming calls and ensure questions and needs are handled or directed to the appropriate person.
• Place reminder calls as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area.
• Perform administrative and clericalsupporttasksfor community, including filing, updating
  rosters and distributing mail and internal communication.
• Maintain 24-hour communication log.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident information.

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

 

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury hotel or residential hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with high-end
   clientele.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of luxury services and amenities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Minimum six months to one year of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred.
