The Sales Specialist travels and works in various Kisco communities on short-term assignments to drive sales, occupancy and revenue. While each assignment may have unique needs, in general the sales specialist is responsible for executing the entire sales process that results in prospective residents moving into the community. This includes generating leads, qualifying leads, documenting prospective resident data, planning and implementing follow-up activities, achieving agreement and obtaining deposits.
