Kisco Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be a key administrative support role, managing the candidate experience and coordinating the recruitment process. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator will handle all administrative aspects of recruitment, including scheduling, managing calendars, coordinating travel, sending Predictive Index (PI) assessments, and generating reports.
This is a Hybrid position. This role will work out of our home office in Carlsbad CA 2-3 days a week.
What will I do every day?
- Schedule interviews with candidates across various locations, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Coordinate both in-person and virtual interviews, managing multiple calendars to avoid conflicts and optimize scheduling.
- Maintain and manage calendars for the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers, providing reminders and updates as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Arrange candidate travel, accommodation, and logistics for interviews when required.
- Send and track Predictive Index (PI) assessments to candidates, ensuring completion in a timely manner and following up as necessary.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and statuses are up-to-date.
- Generate and compile recruitment metrics and reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior management.
- Support with vendor billing reports.
- Support with pre hire and offers for acquisitions and new communities.
- Manage user access to ATS.
- Support with the internal referral process by generating reports, auditing postings and sending materials to communities.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the recruiting process and enhance the candidate experience.
- Support any special projects related to recruiting and talent acquisition as needed.

What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management tools.
- Prior experience with candidate assessments, such as Predictive Index (PI), is a plus.
