The Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
What will I do every day?
- Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
- Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
- Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
- Manage the department budget
- Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
- Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his/her new home
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- High school graduate or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience customer service or guest relations
- A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Experience in accounting and familiarity with accounting terms and principals preferred
