We are seeking talented and team-oriented Concierge to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour Central Park, located in the popular Central Park neighborhood in north Denver. Here our residents enjoy our signature amenities and services. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.

Schedule: Part time 

Pay: $19.00/$19.25

The Concierge provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. 

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
• Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process
• Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
• Audit records and files

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day

• High school graduate
• One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
