The Club Floor Concierge at The Cardinal at North Hills will serve a select group of residents, delivering outstanding customer service that fosters a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment within the community. They will warmly greet residents and visitors at the front desk and over the phone in a prompt and professional manner. Additionally, they will respond swiftly to emergencies and resident requests.
Schedule: FT- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Pay Rate $18/hr
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?
- Schedule and manage appointments: keep track of the resident's calendar, schedule personal appointments, and make sure they don't miss important events.
- Plan travel arrangements: take care of the resident's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and any other necessary logistics.
- Manage household tasks: oversee various household tasks, such as grocery shopping, paying bills, and supervising maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate social events: plan and coordinate social events, such as dinners and parties, and ensure that they run smoothly.
- Assist with personal tasks: help with personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, making reservations, and arranging for deliveries.
- Research and provide information: research topics of interest to the resident, such as travel destinations, investment opportunities, or health and wellness information.
- Variety of other tasks based on residents needs
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Senior Living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
