The Lead Customer Service Representative @ First Colonial Inn  provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. 

Schedule: FT 9AM-5:30PM with flexibility of Weekend/Holiday/ Call off Coverage
Pay Rate $18.50 - $20.50/hr

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
• Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process
• Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
• Audit records and files

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school graduate
• One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
