The HR Coordinator @ Abbotswood at Irving Park will assist with multiple HR activities, interacts with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders in person and by telephone.
What will I do every day?
- Schedules and manages candidate pre-employments process (background checks, drug screen physical and TB, employment applications etc)
- Conducts reference checks to comply with Kisco policy
- Filing and other office tasks
- Responds to general inquiries from job seekers, candidates, and vendors
- Provides general HR support for both Communities
- Assists with new hire on-boarding, benefits, Kisco reward and recognition programs, performance review process, and other potential HR functions
- Assists in other recruiting activities as needed
