Job Description

The HR Coordinator @ Abbotswood at Irving Park will assist with multiple HR activities, interacts with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders in person and by telephone.

 

 

What will I do every day?

 

  • Schedules and manages candidate pre-employments process (background checks, drug screen physical and TB, employment applications etc)
  • Conducts reference checks to comply with Kisco policy
  • Filing and other office tasks
  • Responds to general inquiries from job seekers, candidates, and vendors
  • Provides general HR support for both Communities
  • Assists with new hire on-boarding, benefits, Kisco reward and recognition programs, performance review process, and other potential HR functions
  • Assists in other recruiting activities as needed
