The Newbury of Brookline, a Signature Collection community by Kisco Senior Living, is seeking a Business Development Director to build referral relationships and expand our presence in the Greater Boston area.
What will I do every day?
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and local community influencers.
- Attend industry and community networking events to generate qualified referrals.
- Assist with special marketing events
- Generate community referrals to meet sales targets
- Develop networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencers
- Maintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contacts
- Create, implement and effectively manage the “Business Development” plan and budget
- Support the sales office as needed to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness.
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two or more years of business development experience preferably in the local community
- Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups
- Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
