The Sales and Membership Coordinator provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.
What will I do every day?
- Provide sales office coverage when Sales and Membership Director are out
- Prepare and coordinate sales documents, correspondence, and communications
- Attend weekly sales meetings and quarterly marketing calls
- Build relationships with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, home visits, and on-site tours
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including securing deposits and supporting move-in paperwork
- Plan and facilitate open houses, presentations, and community events to promote interest in the community
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and inquiry events with the Home Office, including direct mail and social media
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
- Act as a liaison with other departments to coordinate prospect visits and events
- Foster relationships with residents and families to ensure high satisfaction and service, and encourage referrals
- Monitor and report changes in resident well-being or community presentation (sales office, grounds, model units)
- Assist in business development activities with local professionals and organizations to generate referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive, efficient workplace
- Uphold all company policies, appearance standards, and regulatory requirements
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have a good work ethic
- College graduate preferred
- Prior sales experience with proven techniques and excellent results
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Intermediate level knowledge of computers (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, and Canva)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
