The Life Enrichment Lead Assistant supports the planning and delivery of programs that promote a vibrant, healthy lifestyle for residents and associates, following Kisco’s Art of Living Well℠ philosophy. This includes organizing events, facilitating classes, coordinating transportation, and enhancing resident engagement across emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational dimensions.
Schedule: Full Time, Must be Flexible
Pay: $23/$24
Assist in creating and implementing monthly Life Enrichment calendars and activities.
Support resident engagement through programs, outings, and special events.
Promote participation from residents, associates, and community volunteers.
Coordinate transportation and assist with setup/cleanup of events.
Monitor resident well-being and report changes to appropriate staff.
Help onboard, train, and support Life Enrichment team members.
Maintain clean and safe program spaces and equipment.
