The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
What will I do every day?
- Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
- Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process
- Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
- Audit records and files
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day

- High school graduate
- One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
