As the Technology Concierge, you’ll be the go-to tech expert on-site providing hands-on support, training, and guidance for residents’ technology needs. You’ll assist the Community Management Team in delivering exceptional service, troubleshoot issues quickly, and make a real difference in the resident experience. Location: Balfour Riverfront Park | 1500 Little Raven St, Denver, CO 80202
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 weekdays
Compensation: $25/hour
What will I do every day?
Serve as the first point of contact for residents’ technology questions and support requests.
Monitor and respond promptly to residents’ technology needs and requests.
Manage intake, tracking, and completion of resident tech requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Teach and guide residents on technology usage through one-on-one help and group classes.
Coordinate and support programs that align with residents’ interests and community engagement.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and device issues for residents and occasionally for staff.
Share knowledge and collaborate with the Service Desk and other IT resources.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents and their families.
Identify opportunities to exceed resident expectations and enhance satisfaction with technology.
Model professionalism, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
Experience in desktop support or technical troubleshooting in a hands-on environment.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and managed device systems.
Comfort teaching and guiding individuals with varying levels of technology knowledge.
Competency with Microsoft Office, internet-based platforms, and other common applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technology skills and certifications.
