The Concierge Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. 

Location: Greensboro, NC

Shift: Part-Time | 3rd shift every other weekend | 11 PM to 7 AM | Friday-Sunday

Pay: $13.00/hour

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
• Audit records and files

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
