The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment. This associate ensures the safety and health standards for the property are being met, resulting in a safe and secure environment for residents, family members, guests and associates.
Availability: Thursday-Monday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $22.50-$25.50/hr
**Maintenance experience in a licensed senior living community (Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing) or hospital/healthcare environment strongly preferred**
**Availability to provide coverage Friday through Monday is required**
