Kisco Byron Park is seeking an amazing teammate with a passion for cooking and delivering high-quality meals. As a Cook, you will play an essential role in preparing delicious, well-presented meals that enhance the daily lives of residents and guests.

Working as part of a collaborative culinary team, you will help create a welcoming dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service.

Location: Kisco Byron Park 

Schedule: Fri/Sat 6am-2:30pm

Pay Range: $22/$23hr

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Ensure timely meal preparation to support an exceptional dining experience across multiple venues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support meal preparation for special events and community functions
• Assist with inventory tracking and proper use of supplies
• Learn resident preferences to provide personalized service and exceed expectations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen equipment as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one (1) year of cooking experience
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques, including mise en place
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and POS skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Food Handler’s Certification (required per state guidelines)
