At Abbotswood at Stonehenge, our Host plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. As the first point of contact in our dining venues, you'll greet residents by name, foster meaningful relationships, and help create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, comfortable, and cared for.
Schedule: Full Time | Sunday 7am-1pm , Monday, Thursday - Saturday 9:30am - 6PM (off Tuesday & Wednesday)
Pay range:$16.00 - $16.50/hr

What You’ll Do
- Greet and warmly welcome residents and guests, escorting them to their tables
- Manage seating and reservations to support smooth and efficient dining operations
- Provide knowledge of daily menus and assist with questions or recommendations
- Support dining service as needed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings in dining areas
- Serve as a liaison between residents, guests, and kitchen staff to support effective communication
- Monitor resident well-being and report any concerns to appropriate team members
- Learn resident preferences to deliver personalized, thoughtful service
- Assist with maintaining accurate operational records as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and efficient dining environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, dining, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and service-focused attitude
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler’s Certification required (per state guidelines)
