Kisco Valencia Terrace is seeking an associate who is passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming environment. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—setting the tone for a warm, safe, and engaging community experience. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, support daily operations at the front desk, and ensure residents’ needs are met with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
Location: Valencia Terrace
Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun 2p-10p
Pay Range: $18/$19hr
What You’ll Do
- Greet residents, visitors, and callers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming approach
- Respond promptly to resident requests and coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor community access and maintain accurate visitor and resident logs
- Observe resident well-being and report any concerns to the appropriate team
- Respond to emergency systems and situations in accordance with established protocols
- Support new resident move-in processes, including data entry and communication tasks
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring questions are resolved or routed appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing records, distributing mail, updating rosters, and processing work orders
- Maintain communication logs to support seamless operations across shifts
- Protect the confidentiality of resident and community information
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support a positive community experience
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, senior living, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
