Job Description

The Front Desk Representative at Abbotswood at Stonehenge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.

 

Flexible On-Call Schedule
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility. This position provides front desk coverage on an as-needed basis and requires the ability to work any of the following shifts as needed:

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 7:30 AM

Candidates must be willing to train on and cover all three shifts.

 

 

Pay Rate: $17/hour

What will I do every day?

  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
  • Assist residents with requests as needed  
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Senior Living experience a plus
  • Hotel experience a plus
