The Life Enrichment Assistant helps bring our Art of Living Well^SM philosophy to life by creating engaging, meaningful experiences for residents. In this role, you will support activities, events, and wellness programs that promote connection, purpose, and overall well-being. You will work closely with residents and team members to create a vibrant, engaging community where every individual feels valued and inspired.

Location: Crestavilla 

Schedule: Fri-Mon 10a-6:30p

Pay Range: $22/hr

What You’ll Do

• Support and lead activities, events, and wellness programs for residents.
• Encourage participation and engagement in daily programming.
• Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution.
• Support transportation scheduling and drive residents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate any concerns.

What You Bring

• Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in Life Enrichment programs (preferably with seniors)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• First Aid Certification
