Are you a hospitality-driven professional who leads by example? As a Lead Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting and guiding a team dedicated to service excellence. In this role, you will combine hands-on service with leadership support to ensure every resident and guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience.
Location: Valencia Terrace
Schedule: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat 3:30p-7:30p
Pay Range: $19-$19.30/hr
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
Support daily dining room operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead by example, promoting a hospitality-focused culture across all dining venues
Serve as a liaison between residents, guests, and kitchen staff to ensure clear communication
Support and mentor team members to maintain high service standards
Assist with training and development of dining staff
Help coordinate schedules and support staffing needs as directed
Learn resident preferences to deliver personalized and thoughtful service
Monitor resident well-being and report any concerns to appropriate team members
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining areas
Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and overall dining experience
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3–5 years of dining or hospitality experience
Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and support team development
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler’s Certification required (per state guidelines)
