This position requires a compassionate, detail oriented and dedicated professional committed to fostering a supportive and vibrant environment for senior residents and their families for the community. Responsible for managing the billing and finance process for all residents in the community as well as coordinate and communicate to home office associates and teams as necessary     What will I do every day? - Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures in the senior living industry. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement efficient workflow procedures to enhance back-office operations. - Leverage technology and software tools to streamline administrative tasks and enhance resident experience. - Maintain resident records and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards. - Communicate effectively with residents and their families to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Assist vendors understand the billing and payment process and how to submit invoices to KiscoAP. - Approve invoices as needed and ensure payments to vendors are sent out in a timely manner. - Review financial statements with General Manager and help identify specific trends and resolve questions around certain line items. - Communicates to Home office support teams if or when needed. The Resident Care Manager (Assisted Living Coordinator) is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of the assisted living neighborhood under the leadership of the Assisted Living Director (DON). Responsibilities include but not limited to facilitating resident care services, assessments and service plans and the universal care manager model throughout the neighborhood, assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of associates in the neighborhood, completing staffing, scheduling and daily reviews of timekeeping reports. Part takes in associates’ recognition and engagement, performance management and evaluations. Plans. directs, coordinates, and supervises care services provided by care associates for the residents within the Assisted Living Department. Responsible for ensuring exemplary service is delivered with integrity, dignity, and compassion. May be responsible for medication control and coordination with physicians to ensure care and medications are delivered as directed. Together with the ALD, they will champion the delivery of high-quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.   What will I do everyday?   - Responsible for monitoring and evaluating assigned residents and regularly assess levels of care, whenever there is a change in condition and/or to determine whether a resident is no longer appropriate for the setting, notifying Assistant Living Director as required - Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find appropriate associate to assist - Responsible for effectively supervising departmental operations as directed on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the department director or Executive Director - Responds in a tactful and timely manner to all residents, family members and/or staff - May be responsible for supervising resident medication programs - May be asked to monitor all physician orders and ensures they have been followed timely and accurately - Responsible for assisting with scheduling for Care associates - Performs other related duties as required     What will I need to be successful in this role?   - Previous supervisory experience preferred - High school graduate required; college course work preferred - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred - One to three years’ experience working in senior care     Special Certifications/Requirements I may need?    - Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate State license required by law if required - CPR Certified preferred - Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed     What’s in it for me? Responsible for the delivery of high-quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.   This is a full-time salaried position, Tuesday-Saturday.    Starting pay: $85k-90k/yr   **ACTIVE NURSE LICENSE REQUIRED**   What will I do everyday?   - Responsible for monitoring and evaluating assigned residents and regularly assess levels of care, whenever there is a change in condition and/or to determine whether a resident is no longer appropriate for the setting, notifying Assistant Living Director as required - Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find appropriate associate to assist - Responsible for effectively supervising departmental operations as directed on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the department director or Executive Director - Responds in a tactful and timely manner to all residents, family members and/or staff - May be responsible for supervising resident medication programs - May be asked to monitor all physician orders and ensures they have been followed timely and accurately - Responsible for assisting with scheduling for Care associates - Performs other related duties as required     What will I need to be successful in this role?   - Previous supervisory experience required - High school graduate required; college course work preferred - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required - One to three years’ experience working in senior care     Special Certifications/Requirements I may need?    - Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate State license required by law if required - CPR Certified preferred - Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, Internet-based and custom - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed - Active Nurse License (RN/LVN/LPN)     What’s in it for me?
