Responds to emergency calls as necessary. Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to resident care Some “on call” is required including weekends on call rotation Other duties as needed   Education/Experience/Training: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state. Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a nursing leadership role Experienced working with Microsoft Office and with operational software programs.   Special Requirements/Certifications: Valid CPR Certification. The Security Guard is responsible for patrolling and monitoring the property, buildings and access points, to maintain order and enforce regulations and for the safety and security of the community, residents, associates and visitors; permitting entry, identifying irregularities, being aware of and taking action to remove trespassers, without interrupting the orderly flow of property operations. Respond to emergencies appropriately and with expediency, assist with emergencies, disturbances and investigations, as required. Provide excellent customer service so as to protect the community and residents and facilitate the maintenance of a warm, secure and friendly environment.    What will I do every day?    -  Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services of the community.
