The Resident Care Manager (Assisted Living Coordinator) is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of the assisted living neighborhood under the leadership of the Assisted Living Director (DON). Responsibilities include but not limited to facilitating resident care services, assessments and service plans and the universal care manager model throughout the neighborhood, assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of associates in the neighborhood, completing staffing, scheduling and daily reviews of timekeeping reports.
